Delivery and fees
The ordered products are being shipped to you by courier company.
The delivery fee depends on the weight and size of the product and the delivery location. The delivered goods can`t be heavier than 40 kg and their lenght should be less than 1,75cm, for deliveries outside Bulgaria. On delivery and not by courier, we reserve the right unilaterally without informing the consumer to extend the deadlines by up to seven days. All sendings will be handed over only against signature. Тhe larger sendings (depends on the person transporting the delivery) are delivered to the entrance of the building. Our price is final.
Conditions for delivery of the Standard consignment:
- Charge paid to the courier, the driver will issue a payment document;
- If the consignee cannot be found, the transport company will contact you to set a new delivery date;
- When negotiating with the courier, goods of extremely large sizes can be delivered directly at your doorstep.
Supply price
You can check how much the delivery will cost you by adding the intended products to the "basket" and then proceed to the completion of the order form (press the "payment" button - no contract finalisation or confirmation is required). Once you have inserted all the necessary data in the penultimate step, the delivery approximate price will be generated. This procedure is necessary because the delivery price is determined by the final weight of the consignment, the size and the delivery address. If your counrty is not in the list of destinations in the checkout page, pleace contact as and we will arrange the delivery to your destination if possible.
Delivery deadlines
Unless otherwise specified our orders will generally take between 2-7 working days to reach you. If the goods are out of stock at the moment, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Order and supply fees
No additional fees are charged for products selected by you. The prices shown on the website are final and include VAT. The only thing you pay is the price of the selected product and the delivery price, if it does not meet the conditions for free delivery.
Installation and adjustment at the the Client's place
Installation and adjustment shall be performed by a professional technician at the customer's location. The date of installation and adjustment shall be individually negotiated with the technician.
Withdrawal of the contract – return of the goods
In accordance with Law no. 367 / 2000Coll., the customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods. If he decides to withdraw from the contract within this period and has complied with the following conditions, the sale price will be refunded:
- Contact us on +359 894 566 060 to arrange a way to return the money and goods;
- Returned goods under this warranty must be packed in the original packaging, must not be used or damaged, must be fully completed (including accessories, certificate, warranty, instructions for use, etc.) and must be sent together with a copy of the payment document;
- The costs related to the transport of goods to the supplier will be reimbursed to the customer if the goods are factory damaged or incomplete (there are missing components);
- The money for the goods will be returned to you by bank transfer within 10 working days after the physical receipt of the goods;
- In the event that any of the above conditions are not met, we will not accept the consumer's withdrawal from the contract. The goods will be returned to the customer, and the costs will be paid by the customer.
Claims and warranty
Possible claims will be resolved with the client under individual agreements with valid rule of law. The buyer is obliged to check for defects after receiving the goods. If such defects are found, the customer is obliged to inform our company immediately. We do not accept any liability for defects caused by the carrier.
We provide our clients by 24-month warranty for all our goods, unless otherwise is specified. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
The warranty can not be applied when:
- defects caused by general use;
- improper use of the product;
- improper storage.
Claim procedure:
- Inform us by telephone, e-mail or just send us a letter;
- Send the goods as a registered shipment (without cash on delivery) to our address.
The business conditions are applicable only for traders on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria.
For foreign traders there are business conditions that are included in the List of Export Prices and Export Conditions.
