With the two single handles you can assemble classic dumbbells for one hand, each with a maximum weight of 20 kg. The set also includes an extension, through which you can create a unique dumbbell for two hands. Cement discs are made of high quality plastic. They protect the floor from scratches. The high-quality bushings allow you to attach the weights firmly to the bar. The handles for one hand are made of ribbed plastic, providing perfect grip.
