Revolving curl bar inSPORTLine A4812 is ideally biomechanically shaped, thus enabling comprehensive workout of arm muscles and broad back muscles. This strengthening bar has two pairs of comfortable rubber grips that allow wide or narrow holding, to make it possible to comprehensively strengthen the biceps, triceps and wide back muscles. Handles are made of very soft rubber material fitted with anti-slip indentations. The angles of the bar bending have been designed to cause maximal contractions of the exercised muscle during workout.
