GLACIER is Petzl's new tourist ice-pick . Comfortable, light and technical, precisely crafted and beautifully designed. The GLACIER pigeon fits well in hard snow thanks to a high quality steel beak that ensures stable dazzle and great wear resistance. The handle is made of anodized aluminum alloy, factory-threaded, to ensure extremely good grip.

Features:

Convenience and a little weight - the top of the beak is comfortable to grab. The beak and the handle are lightweight and retain excellent strength. High Quality Hard Dusting, as well as an ice- beak with a profile that ensures safe and stable dazzle. Beak and spike - the tip is tapered and the base of the beak is broad and strong (3 mm). The bottom skirt is made of stainless steel, providing very good penetration into hard snow. Very good strength and practicality - the beak is made of high quality steel (identical to that of the technical tools). The blade is made of very sturdy steel, with a characteristic design with a bent edge, which allows efficient hemming of steps. The head and the spike have holes for attaching a carabiner or ribbon. The handle is made of high quality aluminum (alloy 7075, used in aeronautics) with anodized coating providing excellent corrosion protection.
