Petzl's PIXA 2 headlamp has a combined beam adapted to work requiring short-range lighting and movement in the work area

• The front lamp does not engage the hands and they remain free to perform the job. It can be worn on the head, fastened with the elastic, attached to the helmet or placed on the ground

• Locking strap without helmet (sold with helmet)

- Two modes of operation:

- mode adapted to near-distance operation: beam with wide and homogeneous light illuminating 20 meters for 12 hours (30 lumens)

- Walking mode: Combined beam whose focuses at the end of the beam, creates conditions for free movement, illuminates at 30 meters for 6 hours (40 lumens)

• Constant light, the lighting parameters do not diminish throughout the set operating time, despite the depletion of the batteries

• "Back-up" lighting, which turns on when the batteries are nearly exhausted: illuminates at 10 meters for at least 10 hours

• The front lamella is easy to handle even with gloves:

- button, when rotated, the two modes are selected

- the lamp housing can be directed to the desired direction of illumination (rotated to 45 °)

- quick and easy battery change

• Very sturdy headlamp:

- Extreme drop resistance (two meters), impact and pressure (80 g)

- a storage position to protect the glass and to prevent the lights from being accidentally switched on

• Convenient adjustable elastic band, easy to remove to wash

• Battery wear indicator with flashing light

• Watertightness up to -1 m for 30 minutes (IP 67), no maintenance is required after immersion in water.

• Works with 2 AA / LR6 batteries (sold with them), compatibility with alkaline batteries, rechargeable Ni-MH and Ni-Cd batteries and lithium batteries
